The installation of a conventional surface heating system is complicated, but with Green2Heat we make this process as simple and intuitive as possible. Here is a brief overview of how to install and commission our heating systems in just a few steps:

1. Planning & preparation: First, decide where the surface heating is to be placed. Clean the area thoroughly and make sure the surface is levelled and free of sharp objects.
2. Rolling out the heating mat system: Remove the Green2Heat heating mat from the packaging and carefully roll it out on the desired surface. Pay attention to the markings and instructions for optimal placement. The heating mats can be individually cut to size so that they can be adapted to spatial conditions.
3. Connection to the mains: Connect the ends of the heating mats to the plugs provided for this purpose and run the cables to the DC power supply. Make sure that no cables are kinked or damaged.
4. Test & Commissioning: Turn on the system and perform an initial test run to make sure everything is working correctly. Set the thermostat to the desired temperature and enjoy the pleasant warmth of your new surface heating system!
5. Embedding & Covering: Once the heating mat is installed, cover it with the appropriate flooring depending on the type of installation. This can be tile adhesive, screed or another floor covering.
